Artificial Colors: what are they hiding from you?

By http://poignant-truths.com Are artificial colors safe and innocent? How many people know that they actually contain aluminum, which has been linked to ADHD, brain inflammation, and Alzheimer Disease? Watch the video to see some evidence. ----------------------------------------- Why should I read this? At times, when the number of Alzheimer Disease patients is soaring. At times, when more and more kids get ADHD. At times, when such qualities as honesty and dignity are being increasingly forgotten. It is more important than ever to make wise choices in this life. Aluminum has been linked to a whole range of disorders. Among them are: Bone Disease, Encephalitis (brain inflammation), ADHD, and Alzheimer Disease Before we begin, it is worth noting that you most likely deal with aluminum in day to day life. It is three time lighter than steel and therefore used virtually everywhere. Various metal parts in bicycles, cars, airplanes are made of it. And there is NOTHING wrong with it. Aluminum in this form is covered by a layer of oxide and is almost non-reactant. What is wrong is that how it is being hidden in food. There is NO REASON why we should eat it. Also, consult with a medical professional before following any of the advices given here. Myths about aluminum Here are some common misconceptions about aluminum Aluminum is inert and cannot be absorbed by the body. Aluminum CAN be absorbed. Animals given aluminum developed nerve damage resembling Alzheimer Disease. Aluminum is the third most abundant element in the Earth crust. It is and was everywhere. We cannot avoid it. Yes, the first fact is correct. However, natural aluminum is very poorly absorbed. Man made aluminum compounds, on the contrary, can act as poisons. What is going on here? Some studies show that aluminum is bad, other studies show that it is ok? The tricky thing is that aluminum can be useful in many, many more places besides car parts and airplanes (see the next section). If there was no aluminum, manufacturers would be forced to look for alternatives. I do NOT know whether it is true or not, but my guess is that some studies were influenced by the food industry. Where can aluminum be hidden? Aluminum has some very nice chemical properties. Therefore it is being used in many places. And often we do not even know about it... Baking Powder. Aluminum makes dough rise. Yes, they are are actually making cakes for little kids and just write baking powder, completely forgetting to mention aluminum. Red 40 and others. Absolutely avoid everything with artificial colors. Many of these colors are in fact aluminum salts. It is usually NOT written on the bottle for some odd reason. I have been wondering whether it is so hard to write the full name: Red 40 Aluminum Lake. Drinking Water. An aluminum compound is used to clean the water. Areas with higher aluminum content in water were found to have more cases of Alzheimer Disease. I would suggest buying a filter that can remove all traces of this metal. It is worth noting that aluminum in drinking water is especially dangerous because it can combine with fluoride. Antacids. Some antacids contain aluminum salts. Avoid these brands. Vaccines. Some vaccines used to contain aluminum. I do not know whether it is true or not, but I heard that even now many of them still contain it. Antiperspirants. Choose aluminum-free brands. Table Salt. Check the label. My favorite is 100% pure salt without any additives. How to help the body to remove aluminum? Here are some of the steps you can take: Absolutely Avoid Everything With Aluminum. It is not easy to do, considering how it is being hidden in our food under such innocent names as baking powder or Red. 40 Lake. Manufacturers may find even new ways to hide it. Chelation Therapy. It is one of the best ways to remove dangerous metals. The only problem is that it removes both good and bad metals. Therefore it should be only done under the supervision of a professional. Vitamin C. This amazing vitamin not only prevents the absorption of aluminum, but even helps the body to remove it. However, I do not recommend very large doses since they have been linked to osteoporosis and kidney stones. An orange or two with each meal would be the best choice. Lots of Water. Aluminum is excreted by kidneys. The more water you drink, the easier it is for kidneys to remove aluminum. The only downside is that too much water during meals may decrease the absorption of nutrients. I recommend one glass during meals and two glasses between meals. Also, the water must be filtered otherwise you may be doing more harm than good. Finally, way too much water can remove electrolytes from the body. But it is more dangerous to drink too little water than too much.
